If you’ve lived in the south long, you know there are stories, tall tales and then some. The Dixie Diner lays claim to a very special – and true – story of Secret Santa. The long and short of it is that a local philanthropist dreamed up the idea to gift sums of money to those in need at Christmas time. And, it all started right here at the Dixie Diner. How’s that for a piece of history?
